Tonight, I feel that Taco Bell/KFC deserves no stars, mainly due to one individual's behavior: Regina. She was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me, more than anyone I've ever encountered. I've heard numerous complaints about her from other customers, but tonight was my first personal experience with her attitude. As a Doordash driver, I made a special trip to deliver an order to Taco Bell. I arrived just two minutes before the scheduled time, but after attempting to knock on the door, I decided to use the drive-thru instead. To my dismay, I was told that the restaurant had just closed and my order had been canceled. I had gone out of my way to deliver a $17 order, only to have the store close unexpectedly without any compensation for my time or gas expenses. I've been a dedicated Taco Bell customer for 12 years, and I must say that tonight's experience provided me with the best customer service I've ever received. The drive-thru employee, Lal U, was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me. He is truly outstanding and deserves recognition—he might even be a personal trainer or manager with his exceptional service. His level of commitment is unmatched in the fast food industry. I have been going to Taco Bell for 12 years. By far tonight I received the best customer service. The drive-thru employee was Lal U. He was super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for me. This employee rocks, he definitely needs to be a staff trainer or manager. He deserves a raise for sure. His level of service is unmatched in the world of fast food service. He will go far in life either with taco bell or with another company that values his motivation, hard work, and selflessness. Prompt and courteous service and adhering to covid-19 guidelines made me smile. The tacos were crunchy and not broken up and a soft shell tacos refresh and adequately appointed with the right amount of sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes! They satisfied my guilty pleasure and were open late. Thank you for your friendly ,fast and quality service. I'll see y'all soon!
Clean and quick of course the usual taco bell menu. They have the value menu with a pretty good selection as well as they have some combo choices as well which includes a drink. Overall for a taco bell as good as could be expected the only one thing I could add for improvment would be for the counter staff to be more friendly otherwise it would be 5 stars thanks
This Taco Bell location is consistently the worst in the entire chain. The KFC side often runs out of chicken, and my orders are rarely correct. The food quality is always subpar, even by Taco Bell's standards, and I find myself asking for sauce multiple times before I finally get it. I really wish I lived closer to a different location.
Haven?t had great experiences at this Taco Bell, once they gave me a Crunchwrap supreme pretty much cold, I had to go home to warm it up. Always takes forever in the drive through.

My crunchy taco was good. The service was fast. But my chicken quesadillas had very small amount of chicken in it. As my wife said maybe they forgot to put the chicken.
Go somewhere else. Inside is still closed. There are no signs that the doors are just closed. No matter, they will still make your order wrong.
