I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru before heading to my third shift job, only to discover that my meal was incorrect and I only received two tacos instead of the full order. I paid $25 for what should have been a chalupa meal as well. When I tried to contact the restaurant, there was no answer. I asked my boyfriend to go back and pick up the correct order for me, but the line was too long and the doors were locked. I will have to go back tomorrow to get a refund or the correct meal. Just left the location upon entry with no customers out side of my crew. We where not served but looked at with no assistance while this very young staff hudled together engaged with one another and walked away. Then jumped on a tablet and walked away like we wasn't there. So I asked is there anyone here that's serve a young boy pointed at a light skin female who kept her head down on the tablet she jumped on. So we left and went to Wendy's soon as we walked through the door. We were acknowledged and promptly serve immediately along with other customers.
Went here on 12/23 about 5:30 pm. Went inside to order as it is usually wrong when we use the drive thru. Ordered 4 Taco Supremes, a Burrito Supreme and a soft taco. Checked to see if all was there when we got the order and left.When we got home, we opened the bag and found 4 Taco Supremes that had no sour cream, very little ingredients for the other stuff and the shells were all broken and soggy. There was so much grease on them that it soaked through the wrapper and the bag.Will be seeking another location in the future!
Probably one of the worst taco bells I've ever gotten food from.. crunch wrap was not even close to crunchy gordeta wasn't crunchy either both were under cooked. Food sucked and I couldn't finish eating my dinner.... Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The food at this restaurant is typically good, however, they consistently forget several items from your order. In addition, the staff has never been friendly and rarely acknowledges you beyond taking your order.
my fries are soggy and came with literally no seasoning on them LOL like they werent even orange they were just like fries with no salt on them. horrible service, they were so gross i didnt eat

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. The food was just average fast food and could definitely use more ingredients.

Yeah the lore checks out… I wouldn’t be surprised they scrape off ingredients from the floor..the way this restaurant is run.
Check out Taco Bell in Michigan on Reddit. It will be an eye-opening experience for you. Just a heads up.
