The customer service was generally unwelcoming, with the exception of the gentleman at the drive-thru window, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even though I dined in. The overall energy in the restaurant was lacking and did not meet standards. It would be beneficial for district management to step in and improve service excellence, as customer satisfaction always comes first. A positive attitude and atmosphere are just as important as the food in bringing customers back. Having worked in sales for over 20 years, I understand this industry well.
"The food is great and the service is fast, which is exactly what you want from a fast food restaurant. I really appreciate that they’re open at midnight since my wife and I often find ourselves with late-night cravings. Our go-to order is the Quesadilla #7 paired with a crispy taco, and it’s always delicious! However, we’re disappointed that they don’t have Sprite; we usually opt for Sierra Mist instead. Don’t forget to grab some hot sauce—the food just isn’t the same without it!"
I had one of my old favorites, the bean burrito with tomatoes and sour cream, and it was delicious. I used to work there when I was 15, and now I'm 47. Whoever decided to remove all the great items from the menu, like Meximelts and Mexican pizzas, really made a huge mistake. You definitely need to try the bean burrito!
To save money on Uber Eats, I decided to visit the restaurant in person. It was New Year's Eve, and they were quite busy, but they managed everything efficiently. I placed my order and received my food in about 10 minutes or less. I'm disappointed that the Cheddar Chalupa is no longer on the menu.

The Mexican pizza combo is definitely their standout dish. However, the crispy taco party pack was lacking freshness, and the bottoms of the tacos stuck to the paper wrappers, causing the meat to spill out.
The food is excellent and the staff is friendly, although sometimes they can be a bit quirky, especially when they're busy. Nevertheless, they still manage to get the job done well.

The droid is good but they always want you to pull backward in the drive-thru and wait. Then they call you to pull up. That gets on my nerves.
