I am genuinely surprised that this Taco Bell hasn’t received anything less than five-star reviews. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they prepare hefty tacos. During my brief time in town, I ended up returning to this Taco Bell more often than I expected. The kitchen serves up gourmet-quality food. The staff really stands out, and the managers should be very proud of their team.
When I walked into the Taco Bell restaurant, I saw four employees hanging out in the front parking lot smoking. As I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the employee I spoke with smelled like marijuana. This behavior is unprofessional, illegal, and poses a safety risk. I am requesting a complete refund or replacement of my order.
