So I ordered at 4:38 I got 6 tacos and a pizza it was 26.38.I waited for sometime and nothing so I asked and a nice employee said that they called for it, I get it mistakes happen I could have been that I didn't hear or the employee didn't say my name loud enough or a combination of both. Then this rude lady (I think she was a manager not sure if her name was Bertha not 100% sure) said we already served that order and she implied that it is not her problem if I got my food or not. Then the nice employee saw a bag and it was my order. It was 5:26 when I left I opened my order and my pizza was crushed and my tacos were soggy and stuck to the rappers as seen in the pictures.
There service as cashier now Inside ordering it suxx like they want u serve your self waited like 6 minutes for some one to attend me iwas like hello cause young girl was on the phone talking like shes on brake!! N the rest of cookers see you standing dont even pay attention to u till some chuncky girl says some theres some fool there.. its more like a kick back getting ???? high playing laughin inside the kitchen not serious about working there....poor management..
This restaurant has a somewhat low-quality atmosphere. On multiple occasions, I've experienced crushed tacos from the drive-thru, so I've decided to stop using it. When I visit in person, there's often only one person at the register, and I have to wait for a staff member to come over to take my order. The level of customer service leaves much to be desired; no one is polite and I don't hear basic courtesies like hello, thank you, or apologies.
The drive through makes you do some sketchy thing of waiting 5ft or so before you reach the window. Im guessing to get lower time for customers while waiting at the window.Their machines are always working and food comes out pretty standard taco bell fare. If you like all your burritos grilled for the extra crisp, they do it pretty nicely here

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. The food took a long time to arrive, and the cashier was distracted, even yelling at someone to be quiet. Additionally, there was no soap in the restroom or in the kitchen when I inquired about it, which raised serious concerns about their food handling practices.
All the food tasted the same the guy in the Drive-Thru was talking to me like if I knew the menu in like the back of my hand and then when I asked him what type of soft drinks he said look at the pole they're listed there and the list was just little tiny stickers of sodas that they have to offer
The drive-thru experience was incredibly frustrating. It took about 10 minutes to receive my food, and there seemed to be a delay before you can even move up to the window. I really disliked it!
I placed a mobile order for two custom Crunch Wrap boxes and added extra beef to both. They really didn’t hold back on the beef! I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I put sauce on the order and the idiot's on drive thru didnt even put any on my box. Make sure you check before you leave.
