Horrible STAFF really unprofessional when ordering in the drive thru staff doesn?t pay attention when ordering you say 2 items and they put 1 you ask questions and they never respond lazyyyyy staff I ORDERED A BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITO JUST BEAN AND CHEESE when about to pay SEBASTIAN THE WORKER IN DRIVE THRU STICKS HAND OUT TO MAKE US WAIT FARTHER BACK IN LINE IDK WHYY I NICELY ASKED IF MY BURRITOS ONLY HAD BEAN AND CHEESE and said they had ONION i told him i just wanted just bean and cheese and refused to change my order he said he told us to double check the screen when we ordered he never once told us to check the screen but with the biggest ATTITUDE never again will i come buy at this loca...

Ordered online. Only half my order was there. Called the store 8 times no one answered. Drove from Inglewood back to HP, had to get more gas. Not their problem. But walked in an it took 10 minute for someone to come to the counter. When I told the girl what happened, she just took the bag and walked away. Unconcerned or bothered. She didn't say I'm sorry or nothing. Worse custody service EVER. Won't be visiting there. Drive thru girl and the staff are all playing around laughing and not concerned about orders or the customers. Someone needs to bring management in. I will travel further for better service. HP Taco Bell sucks. And this isn't the first time.

There service as cashier now Inside ordering it suxx like they want u serve your self waited like 6 minutes for some one to attend me iwas like hello cause young girl was on the phone talking like shes on brake!! N the rest of cookers see you standing dont even pay attention to u till some chuncky girl says some theres some fool there.. its more like a kick back getting ???? high playing laughin inside the kitchen not serious about working there....poor management..

This restaurant has a somewhat low-quality atmosphere. On multiple occasions, I've experienced crushed tacos from the drive-thru, so I've decided to stop using it. When I visit in person, there's often only one person at the register, and I have to wait for a staff member to come over to take my order. The level of customer service leaves much to be desired; no one is polite and I don't hear basic courtesies like hello, thank you, or apologies.

All the food tasted the same the guy in the Drive-Thru was talking to me like if I knew the menu in like the back of my hand and then when I asked him what type of soft drinks he said look at the pole they're listed there and the list was just little tiny stickers of sodas that they have to offer

I think they forgot to train cooks in this area that chalupas are meant to be puffed up. This location &the other one down the street keep serving it this way. Super underwhelming, especially if you like that type of tortilla. The color is just sad.

The drive-thru experience was incredibly frustrating. It took about 10 minutes to receive my food, and there seemed to be a delay before you can even move up to the window. I really disliked it!

Despite the long line, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I reached the window to pick up my food. They got my order right and even included some extra sauces!

The food is great! After work, I tried the desire box and really enjoyed it. The Baja explosion is also quite delicious!
