I'm not entirely sure about this store. On one hand, there are some cheerful employees, but on the other hand, I've encountered some who seem very apathetic. My experience with their service starts right at the register. I've been to this location twice, and both times I requested my food a certain way, only to receive whatever they felt like giving me, which often included wrong orders or items I specifically don’t want. It seems like they don’t bother reading the prompts in front of them detailing my preferences for tacos, burritos, etc.

I had lunch at this Taco Bell today and, unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered through the app to avoid the lunchtime rush, confident I'd get my food quickly. However, upon arriving and checking in at the counter, I found myself waiting for quite some time.
Two people came in after me, placed their orders, received their food, and sat down to eat while I was still waiting for my mobile order. When I asked an employee about the delay, she explained that they were busy. However, that doesn't justify why customers who arrived later were served before me, especially considering I had pre-ordered and was already in the restaurant.

I want to start by saying everything was great. I got the 2 Chicken Chalupa's meal with a hard taco and drink. The chalupa's where hot, fresh, and just what you want everytime. The staff was friendly, service was fast, restaurant clean, and everything you expect. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because there was some stocking issues out front in the dine in area. I want to add though that I only saw 3 crew members and as I said everything was great and they was doing an awesome job. This branch appears to have completely turned around! I came by Saturday afternoon and actually got good service.I swear, 1-3 years ago this place used to be a complete craphole filled with employees who obviously didn't care at all.Whatever they've done to change things, it's working incredibly well!

I believe this place has the worst service I've ever encountered. The staff is rude, and they will randomly allow others to pick up your order. Even if you're the only customer, you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes.
Good place most times , this time unfortunately they burnt my Toasted Cheddar Chalupa both... They were dark in a throw away state ... The tacos were both broke to bits .... It was like leftovers from yesterday .
WOMEN!!! Do not go here unless you want to be looked at like you’re a piece of meat by the guys working the window. Has happened to me twice with 2 different workers. They made me incredibly uncomfortable.
Food tasted a little weird but I thought it was because I hadn’t had a Mexican Pizza in a long time. Nope. Just got sick off it. They were very polite and efficient though.

Quick in and out. This location is next to Chick Fil A so never really busy. I was thirsty and got a Mt Few Baja Blast frozen drink
Angela and Markeida always give excellent customer service. Friendly professional and they always remember my order. 10 stars!
