It seems like the employees at this Taco Bell have completely lost motivation. Whether it's afternoon or evening, this location consistently delivers the worst orders and service I've ever experienced at any Taco Bell. Today was no different. The chips for the nachos were nearly destroyed, and the burrito portions were extremely off. My fiancé and I found that our Crunchwrap contained more nacho cheese and sour cream than actual beef. As I mentioned, whether it's day or night, this place is terrible. I won't be spending my money here again.
I used to really enjoy Taco Bell, but that changed a few years ago. I’ve ordered the crunchy taco supremes at this location several times, and unfortunately, they've been disappointing each time. By the time I get home—just 5 to 7 minutes away—the shells are so soggy from the greasy meat that they fall apart. Plus, the sour cream is always just slopped on one side in a big blob. At this point, I think I'll just start making my own tacos. I doubt I could do any worse.
Waiting 30+ min with no orders but a drink ahead of me. To leave and see a worker full uniform on headset and all parked out side the doors smoking a blunt. Like is this really professional ? Let alone the store is a mess the workers change gloves and throw them on the floor ?! When a trash is beside them. Someone dropped a cup of cheese and didn’t even bother cleaning it . Smh
I recently enjoyed a quick and satisfying meal at Taco Bell on Neil St. The Crunchwrap Supreme was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Bell for a tasty and budget-friendly Mexican-inspired dining experience.

Ordered taco pizza tortillas were old grease tasting and I think they gave me food poisoning as my trip home to Des Moines Iowa I had to keep pulling over to ? vomit.
Got my order wrong five times went back in five times. I had to all the store operator to get it right don't come here and still got it wrong was just done going in
We went through the drive-thru for a quick lunch. Employees were friendly, food was decent and our order was correct. No complaints.
Their women's room was the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a Taco Bell. Very impressed!

The food was really, really good. It's better than my taco bell close to home.
