This is a Taco Bell/KFC, so you know what to expect. I rate the food 4 stars because they deliver Taco Bell offerings just as you would anticipate. However, the drive-thru is the slowest I've ever experienced at any fast food place. This is particularly true in the evenings. On my last visit, I found myself waiting 45 minutes with 3-4 cars ahead of me. Even with just 2 cars in front of me last time, it still took over 20 minutes to get through. Additionally, there's about a 50/50 chance your order will be correct. It's the only Taco Bell in my area, so I come back occasionally, but much less frequently because I can't predict how much time I'll end up wasting.
I ordered at 6:36 p.m. in the drive-thru. I got my food at 6:52 p.m. over 10 minutes of that was spent at the window with the people behind me beeping. I had to knock on the window and was told that somehow my order got deleted and they were making it now. When I got it it was falling apart and my burrito looked like a deflated balloon. I should have followed my instincts and just gone to Wendy's.
Feels like Ghost Taco Bell! It was Sunday noon on a sunny spring day and first there was no one to take order.. After waiting 15 mins someone showed up asking if I am here for online pickup. We ordered few things and they literally added few stings of cheese, I can literally count. We set for 1 hour and no one stepped into a store, felt like a ghost place.
WARNING DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN!! I need to call the food inspector, I just got food poisoning from this location. Read all the reviews I’m sadly not the only one.

My wife and I ordered takeout from this place for dinner after a long car trip. We both got food poisoning and have been regretting our decision for the past week. Avoid this place at all costs.
Somehow, this restaurant surpassed all my previous visits. The flavors were definitely more delightful—thank you! The service was also very friendly.
Had burritos they were actually not bad. I know it's not real mexican food but still. I was hungry and I ate for less than $10
Never order food from here. Not only can they not get an order right, their manager will not ablige. Horrible service

It was an ordinary Taco Bell, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
it’s a TB/KFC combo and I prefer a Tb most on its own, call me old fashioned!
