Taco Bell - Reserva de mesa

Been here numerous times and the quality is pretty good for Taco Bell. I've had no issues with bad food. Sometimes I get the common-mistake fast food places have where the order isn't made correctly, but that's like 1 out of 30 visits. Sometimes they've requested I do weird things, like back-up in the drive-thru so I don't trip their motion-sensors for cars, since their Headquarters tracks time vehicles spend in queue, but I think that's an issue their HQ should just stop tracking entirely. I'd rather sit and wait for my food to be made HOT, safe, and correct instead of hasty and potentially unhealthy.

The employee who prepared my food at the restaurant messed up my order. When I checked and questioned them about it, they became angry and tried to fix it with discomfort and unhappiness. Even after their colleagues tried to calm them down, they continued to be visibly agitated. This kind of incident seems to be becoming more common at Taco Bell locations. Perhaps it is time for them to consider having a closed kitchen where the staff can work without being watched, ensuring a smoother experience for both customers and employees.

let me tell them about this place. I was short biting to eliminate hunger until I came home. I waited 4 minutes until someone acknowledges or even comes to register. I ordered some nacho-Fries and waited almost 10 minutes before I finally asked for a refund. how hard is a fry order, they fall into the oil take them out when the frier sounds. poor management.

Entire chain of tacobells Change recipe of taco shells they don't taste like before. The meat and cheese was already bad but now it really tastes like dog food. The service from staff was good those nice employees selling those horrible tacos I feel bad for them. I can't go back anymore and I'm sad about it Reserva una mesa ahora

Very Nasty customer service and horribble food.The manager is very unprofessional and the employees are rude becareful what you eat and where you eat is very important, spending your money here iis the worst thing you can do and the cooperate of need to check on the service here.
