I had a mistake with my order (my mistake) and was in a little panic because I could not find out how to get a refund. I went in and talked to Sunshine to the manager and he was so helpful and friendly to me. I honestly did not expect a resolution based on my previous experience in Houston, but was so relieved that they helped me, although it was my fault. Thanks Sunshine! Give the man an increase!!!
