At 1pm today they closed the lobby. There were people inside so they had a door girl unlocking and locking the door for 30 mins. They claimed they had to close the lobby because they are short staffed, but they were able to afford to have a staff member play on her phone and lock the door for 30 mins. The lunch rush was over. You do not wait on tables or clean them for that matter. There was no reason to close the lobby and upset a bunch of people. Little kids had to use the bathroom and were being turned away at the door with a lobby full of people. Stop blaming being short staffed on everything that goes wrong. Pay your employees a living wage and offer benefits if you want employees. You...

I don't really care about the taco bell. to be honest, the employees do a good job to make sure that what I have ordered is put into the bag. I'm still checking, but I usually leave everything I ordered. not too much to say about this place. it is in sun City/Ruskin and decent enough. the workers are usually quite friendly and to the greatest part wearing masks that is good. they don't really have something to say about this place.

After waiting in the pickup line for 30 minutes, I was informed that the restaurant only accepts online orders or orders through DoorDash. This was frustrating, especially considering it was close to closing time. They should consider having a sign indicating this before customers wait in line.

We all got the $2 Beefy melt burritos and the service in the drive thru was nice. Not to mention that the food was hot and tasted good as well. We would go back for sure if we lived there in the area. It is nicer food and service than the taco bell in las vegas. Reserva una mesa ahora

Nicest Taco Bell I've ever been to. Staff were really nice, food was hot, the burritos didn't have toppings oozing all over like at other ones, and my vegetarian ingredient swap was correct. Best Taco Bell in Florida.

If I could, I would give them zero stars. The service was really terrible - I received the wrong food and when I complained, I was cursed at and food was thrown at me through the drive-thru window.

This is the best restaurant in Hillsborough County. I guarantee it, as the older patrons tend to cause a commotion if their order is not correct or hot. Highly recommend!
