I visited this restaurant last Sunday with my 10 and 11 year old children. I was wearing a mask, but unfortunately, my children had forgotten theirs in the car. We were about to eat outside when Mr. Juan politely asked us to remove our masks. Despite this inconvenience, I am giving this restaurant a 5-star rating because of the excellent service and professionalism shown by Mr. Juan. He clearly knows how to treat customers well. He was so kind that he felt bad for delaying our meal even by a second. The staff is generally professional at this restaurant. My only complaint is that for the past three days in a row, they have not been opening until 11 o'clock. I made the mistake of placing a mobile order at 10:10 and had to wait until 11 to pick up my order. I was informed by the staff that the order was not in the system and had to be placed again, without a refund. I recommend waiting to order through the app to take advantage of exclusive offers. I also suggest that they change their business hours to avoid inconveniencing customers who show up without knowing. Overall, not a bad experience, just felt mistreated in some areas.
The food at this restaurant is good, but the service leaves something to be desired. The manager's behavior, such as screaming at the workers even when they are doing a good job, is annoying. I come here to get some fresh air and a meal while my son is in the ICU at UCLA, so it is disheartening to hear the manager making the workers feel bad and me feel uncomfortable. Complaining about lost pens and markers as if it were a major issue is not appropriate. I felt like taking some from the store just to stop the manager from complaining. This is not the way to treat workers.
This is the most convenient TB to me so I go a lot (definitely more than I should, especially after drinks) It's always fast, just try and come when not busy. A few times they miss things if they're busy- like will charge me for a steak upgrade but stillgive me seasoned beef. Or I'll ask for a large soda and be charged/given a small. I get it they're busy and not their fault. Ijust try and go when they're not so busy. Also, love that I always automatically get the student discount when I go because it'sright next to the campus.

The cashier, Sarah A., was incredibly rude during my visit to this restaurant. Despite seeing me standing there, I was not acknowledged until I finally had to ask if anyone was going to take my order. This happened even though there were three employees working at the time, around 5:30pm. After Sarah A. finally took my order (her name was on my receipt), she gave me attitude and asked if that was all. Overall, I would not recommend coming to this restaurant.
The restaurant is consistently understaffed, resulting in very long wait times. I have waited over 20 minutes for my order multiple times, and receiving food in less than 8 minutes is extremely rare. The staff appears overworked and the poor management is noticeable.
Don't go here in person. They will leave you standing there waiting while they make all of the delivery orders first. They should honestly close the store front and protect their workers from people yelling at them over this horrible policy.
The cashier (I think her name was Jennifer) charged me more for bean burritos. When I showed her the prices on the menu board, she ignored me and quickly walked away from the register. I was surprised and confused.

I bought a freeze and a burrito. It was delicious. It's right near UCLA. It's kind of small inside but the food is good.
They lack employees. It took too long to receive the order. I don't suggest this taco bell.
