Missing my drink, my chalupa was black beans instead of beef and it was filled with tomatoes when I said no tomatoes. My supreme was the same, it was filled with tomatoes and some onions which I specifically asked to not have. I paid extra for extra toppings as well as a bigger drink and a freeze and didnt even get it. And cant even get money back from my order. Highly disappointed
Every time I place an order with them, the dasher ends up waiting around for about 15 minutes, and unfortunately, four out of five times, they mess up my order in some way. I would recommend not ordering from this place, especially after 9 o'clock, as you’re likely to be disappointed.
The service was friendly, and I appreciated the self-serve kiosk, but the meal preparation was slow. Unfortunately, my order was consistently incorrect; two out of the three items I received were prepared wrong.

If you order through DoorDash, you'll receive exactly what you ordered! However, if you go through the South Medford drive-thru, there's a chance you might not get what you expect.
Several items were not prepared correctly, my drink was never served, and I also had missing items. I would rate this experience 1 out of 5 stars, and even that feels generous.
Drive-thru mobile order pickup. Quality and the portions of food was a disgrace. It's been awhile since I've gone to Taco Bell. Years. And now I remember why I stopped.
