First of all, the gentleman taking my order this morning was extremely nice and chipper. However, I went through the drive-thru this morning at Bel Air (Jack Lane location) and ordered sausage crunchwrap breakfast combo. I asked for hot sauces and ketchupwith order. Gentleman said they had no ketchup--no big deal. I got order and asked if hot sauces in bag and gentleman saidyes. I checked and there were no hot sauces and there was also no hash brown which is to come with the combo. I paid fullprice for the order, too. I stayed at the window for a minute or 2 hoping he would come back but he never did. So I had todrive off. I am disappointed as Taco Bell (and not just this location) seems to...
i work by here, and i tried to give this site a chance. not a single time through 2022-2023 have they given me an accurate portion. the volcano burrito was almost $5 for a tube of sour cream and rice with a hint of volcano sauce and specks of beef.when i say i tried, i am referring to over 60 orders, and not a single one even met company standards. i will gladly take my business to any neighboring taco bell instead.this is one of many issues, and the consistency of letdowns is 100% flawless. i have officially given up hope that the closer taco bell will stop being the worst one i know
I got a drive thru order and when I got home, the power bowl had NO chicken on it and the side of chicken that I purchased for my dog had 3 small pieces of chicken in the container. Tried to call but it went to voicemail. left a message and explained that I spent $9.32 for my meal and no chicken on it. I left my number and NO ONE called back. stay as far away from this TB. it is clearly a ripoff! obviously they are not concerned about the customer.
Thiessen Taco Bell is not your usual Taco Bell. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The manager and employees were all very friendly. and to top it all off, my food was fast, hot, and even better.....MADE RIGHT!!! Thank you Taco Bell, you guys set thestandard at this location. If all Taco Bell stores were like yours, then Taco Bell would DOMINATE the fast food industry. KEEPIT UP!!!

It's Taco Bell, so obviously you can't go in expecting a gourmet meal. This particular location is very hit or miss with the food. They didn't wrap the tacos properly so the contents were all over the bag. We also got a veggie burrito and at first we thought there was nothing but guacamole in it, but it was just put together very sloppily.
Mobile order, grab n go from counter, very odd experience with employee's daughter and disciplining while trying to figure out my order. Hard tacos were weak at best along with busted shells and just a smidgeon of cheese and beef but a grip load of coreiceberg lettuce.
Just ordered 2 cheese quesdilias and a Baja blast and the couldn't even get that right asked for a refund and they can't refund my order unless I drive all the way back I really hope they get their management in order this is
The service was good, cordial and all but the tacos and all the other food we ordered was sad, poorly made and little to no filling, just sad. A few month ago they were good but now , it is just disappointing

Lots of trash around inside restaurant. Workers dropped trash and supplies on floor and just ignored. Others played with their hair in food prep area..
Prices are out of control!!! It's Taco Bell food....$15 for 2 chalupas and a small soda....I guess im..69 cent tacos
