A good friend of mine, Joshua, who is a regular at this Taco Bell, recommended I try it out. The restaurant is always clean, and my orders have generally been fine—until recently when a new employee, a Dominican woman with darker skin (not the small, chubby one), started working. Joshua warned me to avoid having her prepare my food because she often has an attitude and messes up his orders as if she holds a grudge against him. Unfortunately, he was right. She has a noticeable attitude and has messed up my food twice. I’m surprised they keep her working there if she consistently makes mistakes. I didn’t catch her name since there are no name tags on the staff uniforms, but I plan to find out...
Has to be one of the worst Taco Bells I've been to ever. The food looked like someone just stood back and threw ingredients at a couple tortillas and threw it in a bag. 11.00 dollars for pure garbage. The hard shell taco had meat. That's it. No cheese no tomatoes. The chicken quesadilla had a few chunks of chicken and it was half of a quesadilla rolled up like crumpled paper. They did remake the quesadilla and wanted to give me a free taco coupon which I gave away to someone waiting in line. I know no one cares about their job anymore but damn at least try a little. Never again to that Taco Bell and maybe I'm done for good.
The worst customer service. The soda machine did not have anymore Pepsi and none of the employees wanted to refill it. They were giving a very bad attitude. I had to ask them more than 3 times to please help me. Then they decided to replace it and ended up saying there was not more Pepsi in the back. They never offered me a refund Just water or orange juice. I asked them again 2 more times that what they were going to do and finally gave a refund. Don’t visit this place ever. They are rude people.

Very understaffed store and disgustingly rude service. My order was missing the drinks, and when I inquired about them I was asked what do I want now. Ma'am I want what I paid for. Get home and there were still items missing from my order. The staff are mopping the floors while customers are standing there, leaving sopping wet floors in their wake. It is an accident and law suit in the making. All around horrible service and the staff needs restraining and extra help.
The overnight staff at Taco Bell did not provide good service. As a pregnant customer, I requested extra sour cream for my favorite item but did not receive it. They also charged me for a drink I never got and were rude to me. The wheelchair accessibility was poor, and they charged for additional items on the menu without proper service.
Disgusting! The women at night are rude , talking and cleaning on top of the food. I saw a girl holding the tomatoes no gloves and her long nails touching the tomatoes . Food was super disgusting and horribly prepared. Waste of money. Never again!!
They literally have messed up my order every single time I’ve been here. I don’t think I’ve been here a single time where nothing was missing or made incorrectly.

This Taco Bell near Fordham University is beautifully clean. The girl who served me mentioned she's from Puerto Rico and was incredibly friendly.
The breakfast taco and the breakfast crunch wrap are good. The eggs were nice and fluffy and it taste even better reheated in the air
