I had to pickup for doordash. I sat waiting at the window for 5+ minutes when the lady came over to say, oh my manager won 't give the order because we can 't make two items. This was a 20 item order !! I wasted my time going here for a customer. I had to call my customer and explain the poor customer service I recieved and that he won 't be getting tacobell tonight. If you hate your job, maybe quit? It 's as if they don 't realize doordash is a customer. Where else would they say no, can 't serve you the other stuff we can make because we don 't have quesadillas. It was just pure laziness. And why was a preorder not even started upon arrival?!?!?!?! I 'll never accept a dash, let alone stop...
Me: is there mild sauce in the bag. Drive threw employee: nods head Yes. Me: thanks! Excited driving home, can 't wait to dig into my dinner and smother my burrito in mild sauce. Trusting taco bell employees are worth the raise they will receive when minimum wage rises. I look into the bag, and quickly realize taco bell employees get paid less then 10$ an hour because they aren 't qualified to even put a few sauces in a bag while lying to my face about it.. it happens quite often at this taco bell.. but I remain a loyal customer. Probably addicted to the tacos.
Although my partner and I have been to over a hundred Taco Bells, this one is definitely the best. The food had perfect ingredient ratios, was skillfully combined, and beautifully presented. The restaurant was spotless. When I noticed how neatly arranged and uniform their sauce packet containers were, I was almost impressed to tears. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, this was the best fast food experience I've ever had.
We regularly visit this restaurant, but today's experience was exceptional. One of the best employees we have encountered is definitely Tyler. He went above and beyond to ensure that my special order was made exactly to my specifications. Tyler is an outstanding employee! I am grateful for the effort they put into making my visit enjoyable.

for the third time in a row this place totally screwed up my order and gave me something I couldn't eat. The number five combo had stale chips and was covered in some kind of green slime. I can't say with certainty but this might be the worst taco Bell on Earth. It's a shame because it didn't used to be.
it was probably a year since I got taco bel, the location of the refurbished looks so good, the lady in the cash was very nice and friendly! eating was okay I feel like it didn't have the same taste! I'm thinking! but everything is good.
I recently had the best customer service I've experienced in a long time at Taco Bell. There was a girl wearing a Louis Vuitton mask and sporting beautiful eyelashes who truly stood out—she deserves a promotion!
Melissa is so trained on the whole menu! Excellent service. Of course, Chipotle ran out of the salad, so we went here instead. She's so sweet! 10/10! Rarely find people like these

What can I say? Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It's not authentic Mexican cuisine, but I consider it to be decent fast food. Is it a better option than McDonald's? I think so!
The Crispy Wrap Supreme is absolutely amazing, but I’ve always been a fan of the classic Beef Crispy Taco Supreme.
