The restaurant has a vibrant and energetic atmosphere, and the staff is excellent at managing orders while being friendly and efficient. Zack, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and attentive during our kiosk check-in, showcasing outstanding customer service! It's refreshing to come across customer service stars like him once more.
I live in Lincoln and make it a point to visit this Taco Bell. They're incredibly fast, and I've never had an issue with my order. Plus, the staff working the drive-thru are always friendly and pleasant. I don't mind that my food is in the car on the way home; it's still my favorite choice.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Chicken Enchilada Burrito—it's fantastic! Plus, the fire sauce is simply amazing!
I usually don’t have high expectations for Taco Bell, but this location surpassed those expectations. The service was great, and the food was tasty as well.
