Taco casa is a staple at my house and has been for years. Usually 1-2 times a month I go for our favorites, the Chilada, supreme nachos, then ad a few tacos maybe a combo burrito and always a gallon of their delicious sweet tea! A cheese lover's dream. They pile on finely grated cheese. Which makes for an excellent Chilada(beef and bean burrito, topped with red sauce, shredded cheese and sliced ripe olives.
