Taco John's - Reserva de mesa

1st time here in 2024 and a return is unlikely. The food was horrible. We ordered chicken quesodilla and chicken soft shell tacos. The chicken tasted horrible and old. The service was very nice, friendly, courteous and overall outstanding. The atmosphere was nice. The establishment was well kept and clean. Overall, the food was absolutely horrible. The chicken seems like it's been cooked 3 times. The lady at the counter was amazing, courteous and friendly....did I mentioned, the food was just horrible? Oh yes I did. I don't recommend this location at all.

The morning drive through lady reminds me of an actor in one those cheaply made HR training videos....you know the ones that demonstrate all the things you should not do in the service industry. Clearly she acts like this on the regular....I see rudeness is a constant theme in this location's reviews. Way to go ladies!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I now know why no customers where there at 5:30 pm. The portions are terribly small and expensive for no more than you get!! Won't be going back anytime soon. I think Joe Biden is running the place! Don't bother with Toco Johns!!!! Very pissed customer

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. The “store manager” is a poor excuse for one and extremely rude for no reason. Terribly nasty staff, and somehow the food is even nastier. Do not give these people business. Reserva una mesa ahora

Michael and the rest of the crew went out of their way to be kind and patient with me. They made my food fresh and exactly as I asked them to. Michael, you are an outstanding person! I know you'll go far! Keep up the great work!

The store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is always great! I wish they would use the original “homemade” sauces again for the sauce bar and packets. The sauce they hand out is generic and tastes terrible.

I paid .99 for ranch, didn't get it. Paid for steak quasidilla got chicken. I don't understand how getting what I order is so hard.
