I had a terrible customer service experience at this restaurant. I placed an order over the phone and was told to pick it up at the Alamo location. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they don't even have a phone at that location. They mentioned that the store in Edinburg is the one with the phone, and since I placed my order there, they couldn't fulfill it in Alamo. I asked if they would rather not make a sale since I wasn't willing to drive all the way to Edinburg to pick it up, and they said no. This experience was disappointing and I hope this review sheds light on their poor service.
Never going here again, my brother in law just got out the ER and my nieces husband is sicker than ever. They've ate in third world countries and never gotten this sick. I would give it zero stars but I have to give it something, I'll give it a star, so you all can see this review!
They don 't have mixed cheese But they have White cheese or Yellow cheese. Ummm... soooooo i can only have one? Can you not mix the white and yellow cheese to make it MIXED ? I guess not... Can I suggest Mixing one and one? Or having employees with a better attitude?
If I were to rate this restaurant, it would be a zero. The customer service was terrible and the food was not only cold, but also bad. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share this so that others don't have a similarly horrible experience.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend or return to this restaurant. They only offered fajita meat, which was seasoned decently but not particularly memorable. The customer service was lacking, as there was only one person serving as both waiter and busboy.
The taquitos of roast beef with cheese are very delicious, what a delight, and above all, the customer service is very complete. I recommend them 100% Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
