TacoTime - Reservar una mesa

After a soccer game over an hour away from home a van load of us show up at the Sylvan Lake Taco Time. Disappointed to find they were already closed. While we were discussing where we should go instead, the owner walked out his last customers and told us we were welcome to come in! The customers who were just leaving assured us we will never find better customer service anywhere and they were right! Even though the dining room had closed over an hour earlier, he welcomed us to eat in. The food was great and even gluten free options!!! Our only complaint is that his restaurant is not located in our city lol Thank you for going above and beyond!!!!

Very clean with a modern design. The ordering system is like no other fast food chain, very personalized. Our group was greeted by the owner, who you can tell takes pride in the food and service that they provide, which really makes an incredible difference. I would say the service was better than most sit down restaurants! Everyone in our group left happy and full.

The subject line basically says it all. You place your order and sometimes you get what you ordered, other times you don't. The issue is with the sizes. You get charged for a large mexi-fries or burrito say, but in the bag goes a regular size. They also don't do Taco Tuesday, which makes me sad.

I eat here quite a bit as my kids like it and I can get (relatively) healthy vegetarian fast food options. Almost the whole menu can be vegetarian. Keep in mind that it is still a fast food franchise - so don't expect authentic mexican - but great value and always great service.

This isn't just any Taco Time. The owners and employees take pride in their work. I have always felt extremely appreciated and welcomed whenever I have gone. Every employee is very knowledgeable and helpful. They really go above and beyond what you would expect.

The workers were so friendly and very helpful! For a fast food place they went above and beyond and made it feel like a resteraunt. (Better service than most these days).

The service here is very good. The automated ordering system is interesting but the workers always come to help you with it. The food is good and seems very fresh

The owner always works and is always so friendly. Food is always great. Love seeing this as its not something you see at a fast food restaurant anymore.

They have a really good beef taco salad. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes and a generous amount of beef and cheese in a really good tortilla bowl.

Friendly service. Owner is always there. Quick, hot & excellent food. Would go there anytime. Nice & clean.
