Tait's Fresh Start

Tait 's Fresh Start is the most friendly, welcoming and amazing place in town. A great beginning to the day is a 'morning glory ' muffin (so much yummy stuff packed into it) and coffee. There is an awesome menu for lunch, so many choices. Last, but not least are those goodies up front whether you have one for an afternoon snack or take home for a special event, they have you covered. I haven 't mentioned the bread selection, you have to see it to believe it. We salute you Fresh Start! CONGRATULATIONS, you and your team are so dedicated. Such a pleasant surprise to enter Taits for the first time today! It will NOT be the last either now that we know this is here! Wow, the steak, onion, mushroom, pepper pizza my daughter-in-law and I each had was amazing!! And then there's the dessert! mmmmmm!!!! Wonderful service, great relaxed atmosphere and incredible value for your money! We both LOVE this place and will be returning!!!

My spouse and I purchased a vanilla cake to indulge in during our latest honeymoon, and I have to confess that I managed to devour the entire cake by myself over the course of a weekend. Tait's is renowned for their amazing cakes, and the friendly staff and owners will ensure that you keep returning, whether you're a local from Brockville or all the way from British Columbia!

We stopped by today while exploring the amazing tunnel and grabbed lunch for our group of 5. We ordered fried egg sandwiches, a sub, a doughnut, a cookie, and a piece of carrot cake. Everything was tasty and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I have lived in Brockville almost all my life,and Tait,s is the one stop shop to go to! The food is fresh,the people are friendly! Tait,s is so clean and inviting!! Take my word for it!! It is mmm soooo good!
