The night started off to a good start.. then suddenly changed direction quick.. appetizers hit the table and they’re wrong but we took them anyways and had our original appetizers put in. We had to remind him about our lamb lollipops. Next round of appetizers come.. it’s alright the lamb and the scallops were the best on the menu. We all ordered one entree as well.. the New York strip smelled old, also tasted a little off.. and the short rib was straight burnt.. tasted terrible, we all tried it to confirm… and had it removed off the table.. took over 45 mins to spilt checks 4 ways…. And tried to charge us for an extra lamb.. also charged us for the short rib even after it was removed from table. Asked for the manager and she was not very helpful or cheerful … just really didn’t seem like she cared. As members of the service industry we were highly disappointed and will not spend our money here again….
If I could have given a 0 I would've. The last who I think is the manager was one of the rudest people I ever met. I called over the phone and asked if I needed a reservation and was told I would have to come in. Once I got to the hostess table I was greated by two women. The Asian lady, who I believed was the manager immediately told us that we would need a reservation and never tried to accommodate us. We asked to be placed on the waiting list and the lady tried to talk us out of it. Once going back and forth she added us to a list. We went to wait at a table off to the side and she tried to accommodate us off to the side of the restaurant. I guess we did appear to be someone they would want to serve. Will never go back here.
