My significant other and I have ate here a few times at the buffet, which we always enjoy, but we recently came here late one evening, so it was our first time ordering a la carte. We were not disappointed! First of all, Prince George has a fantastic selection of Indian restaurants. If you love curry, you will not be disappointed by any of them. But they all offer something a little different. Tandoori Nation serves you freshly made naan bread when you eat at their buffet, and we are not talking about pieces of naan that have been sitting in a tray under a heat lamp. Tandoori Nation makes tasty naan that is light and soft, and crispy at the edges, and having nice hot pieces served in a baske...

Looking for something a little different on the buffet scene and requiring vegetarian options, the family checked out Tandoori Nation on a Friday night. We arrived during the typical dinner rush hour and found the restaurant mostly empty, in fact within a few minutes we were the only diners seated. Despite this we were told the staff were very busy; this was soon reflected by late service bringing drinks and taking orders. The current buffet offerings were meat based so we ordered from the menu. Pricing was comparable to other Indian cuisine around town with a variety of filling dishes under $10. Our table ordered several veg samosas, flat breads, dal mahkni and the classic chana masala. The...

I've been to this place a few times already. It's not very fancy inside. In fact, it's slightly tacky, which seems to fit in with other East Indian restaurants in a Prince George. The first time I tried the dinner buffet. It was sparse, but had the key Indian buffet items (butter chicken, vegetarian options etc). The food had good Indian flavour, certainly not as good as Indian restaurants in bigger cities, but definitely passable for Prince George. The only downfall, is that you only get one fresh naan of your choice with the buffet. It's too bad, because I would have loved to have had more of the warm, amazing onion and cilantro naan I chose. The buffet was average in choice of items, but...

I have been wanting to come to this restaurant ,ever since it occupied the former burger bar.Frequently i have driven by , thinking "I must go there!"I went at lunch time today. i was one of three customers..the other 2 women had finished their meal and were chatting. The buffet is 14.95 and offers 2 vegetarian choices, which included deep fried onion rings.I settled on the vegetable briyani, from the menu instead , was immediately sorry...while the serving was large , it should be noted that all the vegetables were frozen mixed vegetables. I understand that in the winter, here in Central BC restaurants need to resort to frozen veggies..but at Harvest time when we had the best gardening seaso... Reserva una mesa ahora

We tried the buffet, my husband loved it, I thought it was good, there was a selection of about 6-8 dishes, tried a little bit of everything, a couple things I have never had before so that was good. They had the popular items like butter chicken which is always good. the waitress was friendly but slow, was looking for her to fill my water, there was only one other table occupied and I think they worked there too, so no reason to not see the waitress. I gave it a 4 to compromise with my husband, he would give it a 5, I would give it a 3

Came here and ordered the chicken vindaloo, vegetable pakora, nan and chicken tikka. All of the food was delicious, the vindaloo was hot, which was nice because a lot of places turn down the heat on vindaloos for western customers. The nan came later during the meal and the chicken tikka took time to make but we didn't mind. A good meal takes time to prepare and it's nice to be able to sip their amazing Chai tea and chat while we waited.

Went there tonite with friends. Food was great but service a bit lacking. Enjoyed all the dishes but skimpy on the desserts. Just a watery rice pudding and stale cupcakes. Naan bread was nice and fresh. Waitress was overwhelmed so we just got one serving of water

On every visit, we have found the servers friendly, welcoming and attentive. The buffet is excellent offering a variety of dishes including vegetarian which is important for some of our friends and family. Good option for all Reserva una mesa ahora

Have been to this restaurant several times. They have a buffet on where you get the opportunity to try different dishes along with the standard ones such as butter chicken. The service and the food have always been great
