I ordered the Cobb salad, which came with a very good ranch dressing; however, I could have used a little more because the romaine chunks were a bit bitter. The cherry tomatoes were quite bland, so I chose to skip them. The bacon bits tasted burnt, leading me to avoid most of those as well. This salad would have benefited from some extra ingredients like corn or olives, which are both inexpensive and easy to include. Additionally, the chicken was surprisingly tough—it was grilled chicken breast in buffalo sauce instead of the traditional deep-fried tenders.

A friend and I arrived at 5 pm on a Friday evening and were surprised to see that it was not crowded at all. Most people weRe sitting at the bar. The lighting is very dim inside but the atmosphere is nice. Plenty of seating. There were also plEnty of high chairs which is always good. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I've visited this restaurant twice, and for the most part, I had a great time. However, both visits had a noticeable delay before a staff member came to provide menus and take our drink orders. I stopped by during their off-peak hours, so I was unsure why it took so long. I ordered the French dip with truffle fries on both occasions, and it was fantastic each time! On my second visit, my fries came with cheese, which was a delightful surprise. While our waitress checked in with us a few times, I did find it odd that the bartender delivered my appetizer while wearing gloves. Overall, the food was excellent, and I will definitely return!
This was my first visit and honestly I wasn't very impressed. The outside bar looks nice and if I wanted to hang out with some friends and have some drinks this might be a cool place to hang out but this time I came with my family for dinner. It felt dirty inside and run down. The service was not great at all. We waited forever for our waitress and she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. We ordered a few pizzas and they were surprisingly good. Even though the food was good there are much nicer places to get pizzas.
It's upscale bar food with a GREAT presentation. Really enjoyed the pizza and sandwich we ordered. Again, the PH isn't reinventing the wheel. It's all classic bar menu items kicked up a notch. Burgers, sandwiches, etc. Staff was warm, friendly, and answered all our questions. Hell, they even made my salad dressing from scratch after they ran out. Plus, it's SUPER convenient if you need to run some errands in the same strip mall.
Well, not sure I'll be returning anytime soon. The last two times I've been for lunch the pizza's crust was soggy and the meatball sub's temperature (which was the special of the day) was lukewarm at best. Really expected more this place given how much they charge for lunch service.

I really enjoy the food and the interesting trivia on Thursday nights. My favorite dish is the campfire burger. The drinks are great as well!
