Hotel non rénové, non rafraîchit, une peinture qui s'écaille a presque tomber dans le café. Une chambre a 5º a l'arrivée, mettre un petit coup de chauffage avant larrivee du client pour le prix serait agréable. Un service désireux.. si le métier ne plaît plus autant en changer pour être heureux.... La chambre reste correct est agréable malgré un froid de canard, un nouvelle expérience, une nuit dans igloo. Se garer est un parcours du combattant.. si vous aimez la randonnée venez en voiture a l'hôtel la marche sera digestive et découverte. Si vous souhaitez vous régalez au petit déjeuner allez le compléter a la boulangerie du coin malheureusement les fantômes qui hante ce manoir déjeune avant...
After a very disappointing visit to the former location in limoux we decided to give tantine et tonton another chance, and it was a wonderful surprise that the restaurant has made a wonderful comeback in all aspekten. now located in the hotel modern et pigeon., in the center of limoux we enjoyed a great lunch. we were seven and had so on all the options of the menu and we all loved it. not a weak point, wonderfully presented, high-quality ingredients and a very sympathetic staff that has done everything to make this lunch an unforgettable event. we will definitely come back because this restaurant is absolutely our favorite in the limoux area.
the hotel entrance at the main square of Limoux was traditional and elegant. we have sunk in the courtyard, which was such a beautiful outside space protected by the sun. we chose from the three set curs formula and were not disappointed. courgette bavoir with. canapes for me and a flat shell for my man to begin, we then chose both the fish of the day, delicious marina with a cesciful sauce and buzz. the bratfigs, honey and ice to finish was so delicious, and so reasonable at everyone. as with many set menus are prepared only for relatiw expensive drinks that an inclusive wein and coffee set menu deal is most sensible. all in all a weed!
We had previously eaten at Tantine et Tonton when the restaurant was located on the edge of town, and were impressed both by the food and the warm welcome offered by the staff. The food is still inventive, well presented and generally good, and the restaurant terrace is a pleasant place to sit. It is let down by the indifferent service. The waiter was clearly unimpressed by the fact that we did not want to order any alcohol and, when we asked for a carafe of water, he brought one that had not been chilled. The service remained perfunctory throughout the meal.

Très belle hôtel, un dîner parfait qui pique la curiosité, chambre agréable, domage de ne pas pouvoir regarder la télévision du lit. Personnel très agréable et compétent. Nous avons très bien dormi, bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est à volonté et variés pour tous les goûts.
Nous avons séjourné 3 jours. Très bon établissement. Proche de Carcassonne. Calme avec de grandes chambres très bien équipé. Merci à tout le personnel pour l accueil
