Had a great meal at Tapas Barcelona. They offer the right combo of incredibly tasty small plates, the spicy potatoe being my favourite. The service we received was excellent and the overall atmosphere. I will definitely be increasing this as a go to place in Evanston.
Poor quality food at a high price. The ribeye was a thin slice of roast beef. The garlic shrimp had 5 tiny tiny tiny shrimps floating on a pool of oil, butter and garlic the bread for dipping was stale. Very disappointing as this use to be a good tasty place to dine
overall the best tapas north of the city. eating and service are great. do not love the digital menus, but I have quickly adapted. a fun culinary experience with great eating.
