Ordered multiple popcorn chickens for my friends and I today after school but felt very disappointed if I’m being honest. Cashier lady turned around and complained to her coworkers in mandarin right after I ordered, thinking I couldn’t understand her, and said, “These students are so annoying*, they don’t even know how to order,” way ruder term). Honestly I don’t mind if she thinks I didn’t speak clearly enough, she just had to tell me and I could repeat what I said. But because she claimed I was annoying* it did ruin my visit today and my past experiences as a whole.

The cashier was rude when I asked about a drink I saw on their website and rushed us to order even though we were the only ones there. The drinks were alright but the fried calamari was DISGUSTING!!!! Too much seasoning that it was impossible to eat. It was too salty and it had too much basil! Yuck! Waste of money

Some of there employees have a bad attitude specially the lady who always a cashier she don't have manners to her customer she was yelling and whispering just to say bad to her customer. There’s alot of boba place why I would came back to this place if there employee have no respect to there costomer ?

I LOVE this place!! I always go here with my family and I order, pretty much, the same thing! Pineapple coconut snow bubble with boba, peach mango snow bubble with mango jelly, crispy chicken number 1 spice and an order of calamari number 2 spice. It NEVER fails me.. Reserva una mesa ahora
