I'm from South Texas and have been missing more authentic Hispanic food this is the answer. If you're on the hunt for something similar to Mexican/Tex Mex fatty barbacoa, get the cabeza tacos here. Friendly place with decent tacos and menudo (no hominy, not a ton of tripe, but include some cow feet). I wouldn't say they have the best tacos but at least they have tongue. The menu doesn't mention beer but they have bottles of Mexican beer. I would definitely go back if I'm craving menudo and beer.
To begin with, the person who was taking the orders was very rude, zero friendliness, the tension was horrible, the food was the same as the birria, which is supposed to be birria, the taste has nothing to do with the real birria, horrible, horrible, the truth is.

This place rocks with good food, and the señoritas service at the front desk is excellent to take your order. It is a small place, but the foot is very good and fresh.
I gave 4 stars due to the freshness of the meat, especially tripas, cabeza and lengua please keep your meat fresh
