It isn't often you find a restaurant that pays so much attention to all the elements of a meal. From the drink before to the dessert after, each entree and each side were carefully crafted. Seriously, how often are refried beans actually tasty? We started with chips and dips, the traditional. Pretty sure the dip was made in-house. There aren't any bottled sauces that I've had like it. The enchiladas Verdes were perfect. The tortillas were substantive enough to hold together while cutting them apart but not chewy or rubbery. The chicken was tender and moist. I ordered through DoorDash, and not only did they give my order to someone else, making me wait an extra hour, but they also sent me the wrong food and items were missing. The food was disappointing; the fajitas consisted of tiny balls of meat, and the carne asada was just thin strips—not real carne at all. I definitely won't be ordering from them again. On a positive note, my delivery driver was fantastic! However, the food isn't authentic, and their service is terrible on top of that. Even if my order hadn't been messed up, the food still wouldn't be worth it. The meat in their fajitas is the same as what you get in carne tacos—practically no meat and overloaded with onions. What a letdown...

Absolutely delicious! There’s an extensive selection of meats beyond the usual steak, chicken, and pork—though they do offer those as well. The options include tender beef cheek, beef tongue, goat, blue oyster, and many more. The fresh chips and salsa were fantastic! The rice and beans were also quite tasty. The service was excellent, friendly, and attentive! Not only did our server check on us, but other staff members did as well. We never had to wait for a drink refill or for more chips and salsa. I will definitely be back!

We were driving through Winchester on our way home to Michigan. Passed by Taqueria Guadalajara and decided to try it for dinner. Best decision we made the whole trip. The food was exceptional. Everything we ate was so good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant has a lovely cozy atmosphere and the service is outstanding. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
