One of the best mexican food places in Berkeley. Their salsa is always good, and they're very friendly and the service is fast. Their cocktails are also excellent and not expensive. I can't recommend this place enough. If you don't know what to get go for something with the mole (mo-leh) poblano, if you like sweets, guajillo (gwa-hee-yo) If you like a little spicy kick. This was fairly good, with one absolute standout: the torta talavera (once reviewed as the best torta in the bay by Serious Eats, accurately IMO). That torta recipe changed, for the worse. It used to be a spread of beans, chorizo, pickled jalapenos and carrots, crema, and some guacamole. Now it's much more like a standard Western style sandwich, with a bunch of lettuce. Disappointing.
I was pleased to see the restaurant mentioned since I dine there occasionally. The enchilada was delicious, and the guacamole was equally satisfying. The soft tacos were flavorful, but they got a bit mixed up during delivery. Some wrapping or cardboard dividers would be helpful to keep them separate. Overall, everything was tasty!
It was soooooo good. I will be coming back for more. Pollo Asado burrito with black beans, sour cream (they forgot the cheese) but it was still sooooo good. I always have a hard time finding good burritos because i only order veggie or chicken however this was SO good. Reserva una mesa ahora
My family has looked around to many local places to find that awesome burrito. This is the only place that the whole family agrees is great. This includes teenage boys that want a substantial meaty burrito.

OMG!! The best fajitas that I have EVER had!! The combination chicken and steak was so good, and cooked to perfection!! I will definitely be ordering from them again. This is my new favorite place!!
