Tarana Bar Restaurant

This is the best Indian restaurant in the South East! Even if you don't live nearby, it's absolutely worth making the trip any night of the week. The food is incredible—I've never tasted anything as good as their juicy shrimp, tender lamb, and moist chicken, all served in amazing curry sauces. The popadoms come with six unique dips that I haven't seen anywhere else. The service is outstanding, and the chef is a friendly and knowledgeable guy who always takes great care of us. I'm eager to work my way through the menu and can't wait to come back for dessert! Plus, they have live entertainment every week, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. This place is truly an excellent Indian restaurant!

I visited for Dolly Parton evening for the first time this week, and it was fantastic! The food was out of this world, and the service was exceptional. There was a wonderful, friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. The many little extras added to the overall experience, making it one of the best I've had. I can't wait to return! Well done, young team!

Been here twice now and both times had a fantastic evening. Great food and everyone who works there are so friendly and helpful. Gave me a cake for me and my friends for my birthday, red roses for all of us, oranges and chocolates just makes the evening special. Definitely recommend to anyone for a good night out

simple the best. good quality ingredients and excellent food, inexpensive. the restaurant has a great ambiente and the staff is helpful and friendly. we always come back here and have never been disappointed.

We’ve been to Tarana several times. We went again for wife’s 60th birthday once again the food was excellent. Highly recommend. My wife’s favourite Indian restaurant. Looking forward to our next meal there.

Love this place and only discovered it a couple of months ago, been three times siince food is lovely and the tribute acts are brilliant, especially the Dolly Parton one last night xx
