Went here because everywhere else on the lake was crowded and I knew they would have plenty of vegetarian options. The food was really good and the portions were large. The average entree price is about $20, which is a little pricey, and we did wish they had better table service. I think the main issue is that the lake location is likely too expensive for this restaurant. It definitely has potential, however, and we really enjoyed the food!
Overall just okay. The food was a little overpriced and very oily. I got aloo mattar and my friends got chicken tikka masala for takeout and both containers had a clear layer of oil on the top. The flavoring also was not very strong as Indian food should be
Unfortunately went to this place today. Pathetic customer service. The lady at the counter is extremely rude. Somebody please teach them how to treat their customers with respect. Total waste of money. Please dont go there to ruin your mood!
I just visited Taste of India with my family. The food was amazingly cooked.. the naan and chicken was so fresh that my very picky daughter devoured.. service was very good. The owner is really sweet and accommodating. Reserva una mesa ahora
My simplest one line advice -don’t waste your money and time. Rude owner, stale food and worst service. Only hukka May be there point of attraction about which I don’t know.
If you would like Indian food and bare minimum services, please do not plan to visit this place. The lady at the counter was rude and they charge $5 fee just for dining in.
The owner is amazing the old lady was nice and we had hookha which was amazing. For people who want hookha and snacks this is the place.
What a rip off! 2 chais and one aloo tikki chat costed $25! And only one aloo tikki in it which tasted disgusting Reserva una mesa ahora
Rude answers from the owner. Mozzarella sticks seemed like we could fall sick immediately. Very bad food.
