Ham, Egg, cheese and veggie Bagels were really good. I have also tried the donuts and they have been good.BUT the customer service i got this morning was bad. The lady who took our order didn’t understand our order properly. We corrected her when she gave us the wrong order by telling her we wanted a Ham, egg, cheese bagel instead of the cream cheese bagel that she understood, she gave us attitude and took the cream cheese bagel away. YET still charged for it. Didnt want to argue at 0500 am in the morning so we left it alone, but her customer service was not welcoming.
The lady that works there rushes you like you have been coming there for years. It was my first time and I didn't know what they had. I actually left after that started and only came back because there wasn't another donut shop on my route home. I decided to walk back in knowing how she was going to act and took my time and dealt with the two men working there who were very nice. A little pricy for a bagel but I guess everything is these days.
Honestly, I was a bit hesitant at first because the exterior looked a bit questionable, but once I stepped inside, I was blown away by the fantastic service, delicious flavors, and great atmosphere! This is definitely the best donut shop I have ever visited!
The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of classic donuts. Every item is delicious and the thinner bagels are especially impressive. Definitely worth the trip.

Their bagels are so good! They have a onion and herb cream cheese thats to die for. I always make sure to stop here when I visit.

Their doughnuts are absolutely delicious! The customer service is excellent and the prices are fair as well.
