We ordered a variety of dishes, including shiu mai, shrimp leek dumplings, shrimp dumplings, shrimp and scallop dumplings, Cantonese sponge cake, haim sui gok, and a large rice noodle dish filled with minced pork and spices, steamed in a light soy sauce mixture. We had intended to try the baked cha siu bao, but they had run out that day, so we opted for the steamed version instead.
Everything we tried was fantastic. The dumplings were plump, well-filled, and served warm and steamy. While we enjoyed them with condiments like black vinegar and chili oil, they were delicious on their own as well. For dessert, we had the dan tat (egg tart), which was warm and absolutely delightful.

I had a fantastic experience dining here. The food was excellent—hot, delicious, and very flavorful. The service was also impressive; our server, who is the owner, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, always paying attention to things like refilling our water. Although the beef stew with daikon was sold out, they prepared a fresh batch for us in about 15 minutes, which was completely fine. This was my second visit, and I can confidently say there will be a third!
I just witnessed the mid-age male server at this place just went to the restroom without changing his gloves to handle food. I was waiting outside for my turn to use the restroom. I saw him walkout and didnt hear or see wash his hands because he had gloves on. ? Afterwards, I see him going to grab a wash cloth to start wiping tables.Food is great here. Service is subpar. The mid-age male server is not hygienic.
Always our family best dim sum spot I chino hills . Very authentic Cantonese food with high quality . Love the service here like eating at home so relax and so chills . Their frozen food also good , always keep it as fast breakfast at home , recommend !

Food recommendations were great. Not only the recommended dimsum wete delicious, even other items were authentic savory Chinese gourmet flavor! Sticky rice lotus leaf wrap, shu mai, shrimp rice rolls, chicken feet, ginger fish congee, etc... loved it!
Overall the dim sum was pretty good. Each dish was around $6. Paigu was a bit too oily and xia jiao was kinda thick. Everything else was delicious. Service was a little spotty but understandable with the holiday.
My choice of restaurant for weekend brunch. Delicious typical dim sum and dishes, not expensive, no line of people. Love dumplings, Mara cake, sesame balls and steamed ribs……
