Taya Washoku Deli - Reservar una mesa

Seit Herbst 2017 gibt es das japanische Lokal in Wien Leopoldstadt, nahe zur U2 Station Taborstrasse, gleich in der Nähe vom Augarten. Im „Taya“ wird traditionelle japanische Küche (Washoku) geboten, die grundsätzlich stark von Gemüse geprägt ist. Tatsächlich gibt es zusätzlich eine rein vegane Speisekarte. Hier finden sich Gerichte wie „Vegan Poke Salat“, „Vegan Teriyaki Tapas“, „Yasai Gyoza“, „Tofu Nuggets“, „Yasai Curry“, „Yasai Udon“ und „Yasai Vegan Bento“. Don’t like giving negative reviews but unfortunately the vegan bento I had was really disappointingwas really bland and vegetables very overcooked (maybe just personal preference? . Cold salad part was also tasteless to me and I was hoping for some kind of pickles on it but there weren’t any. Maybe my tastebuds just crave highly flavourful food after 14 years in Asia prior to moving here to Vienna!

Ich bin begeistert! Äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal und das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet! Ich bin zwar kein Experte für japanische Küche, aber genau so stelle ich sie mir vor. Dezent gewürzt, den Eigengeschmack der frischen Zutaten unterstreichend und optisch schön arrangiert. Motchi mit schwarzer Sesam Füllung .
