Was a really great experience! Food was great , but nothing really to write home about! We went to celebrate my brother’s birthday and they made it pretty special. I think the best part about this place was our server. She was so sweet and kind and attentive and I liked that she didn’t have to wear a super short skirt like the other girls I am a woman myself making this comment). They brought him a delicious carrot cake at the end to say happy birthday. I had an IPA, which was yummy and then I had the Collins cocktail I would recommend). My dad had the lamb shank and he said it was good . My brother ordered a cocktail Jungle Bird) and it came and had a bug in it! We had to send it back. When...
We were a table of 8 so had to pay the 18% gratuity on the bill: which. normally would not be an issue. The server was very good so this comment is not about him but the overall management. He not only took our orders, served them, cleared the table and he was doing that for the whole section he was assigned to. There was a girl wiping tables but she. never looked behind her to see our table was full of empty dishes which we helped the server by moving to one end. I didn't complain at the time as we were celebrating my mothers 88th Birthday and didn't want to spoil the nice time we were having with her.
that was my first time in the restaurant and was impressed by the facility. my friend and I were very cold all day long, even keeping our moms above our school. eating was not delicious at all, very bland. the cauliflower was cold and soggy, the bread trio was not delicious at all, and the fish tacos were simple and the sauce was terrible. I was very disappointed. I split the bill with my firiend and spent $64 for lunch. I hope they can improve the menu and if yes, please let me know and I would like to try again the restaurant.
Overall we had a great time! Our server Sierra was lovely and nothing was a problem. Her service was strong and we really appreciated her putting up with all our menu questions. Everyone enjoyed their food and drink. However, I added the salmon to my brunch order and my stomach wasn’t well after. I wanted to bring this to the kitchens attention. It was great to return to an establishment that I used to be apart of as a bartender myself. Thank you.
