Ted Wally's Ultra-premium Ice Cream

The manager asked my ten year old child which size cone he wanted and of course he chose the waffle but he wanted a kid’s cone. She didn’t ask questions, nor did she state the price. She just offered him choices and took advantage of the fact that he’s a kid. It’s not okay. And then I found out there are mini waffle cones and that option was not offered to him. I asked to be refunded for the price of the waffle cone because he actually wanted the smaller cone and she refused. Money hungry ice cream shop that values money over great customer service. Won’t be back. $7 and some change for a waffle cone with one scoop? Coneflower Creamery tastes much better, service is great, and it’s way cheap...

Be prepared to pay premium prices for this premium ice cream! I went to the Old Market store, not the original flagship location. There was a line out the door of this small shop, but it moved quickly. I chose a single scoop on a sugar cone (a small, aka regular , caramel latte flavor. It was satisfying and delicious, with its 32% butterfat old-fashioned goodness. But it rang up at over $7.00! It 's a favorite choice for big treat ice cream in Omaha for well-heeled locals and tourists alike. Cute old fashioned ice cream shop. The family really enjoyed their ice cream. They had a list of daily flavors and some mix ins as well so everyone got something they liked. The line was out the door and into the parking lot so you know it's good. ?The women's bathroom door does not lock! Please fix that!!

I liked it. I had to wait in line for about 15 to 20 min to get an ice-cream. A lot of the flavors were a little weird. Not the traditional flavors you normally find in an ice-cream shop. Staff were quick.

The pink peppercorn flavor is very unique and amazing. The julian’s spotted pony is good too. Their ice cream uses good ingredients and have very creamy texture. The chocolate flavor has depth to it.
