Beautiful paintings overhead, and the powder soap in the ladies room was neat, but that’s the extent of the positives in this place. This place has had its downs, and we’ve given it a few tries over a span of many years. Tried to give benefit of the doubt but today definitely hit the nail in the coffin. I’ve killed a few gnats since being seated. My bacon cheese burger came out overcooked with the wrong sides, my husband’s burger also came out overcooked with the wrong sides. This was about my 3rd time being here. And unfortunately, this time was ruined because of the food. I had ordered nachos, Caesar salad, and the New York strip (with asparagus, onion rings/fries). The Caesar salad was good, and the nachos were good, too. Until I found hair in my nachos?. I should have said something to the waitress, but we didn't. And once I found the hair, I just lost my appetite for everything else. We paid our $120 bill, and will never return. So be AWARE you might find hair in your food.

Cherry in my friends soda had a bite, one of the workers screamed JERK at us even though we just sat down, we waited for 20 minutes for a seat even though open seats were visible, chicken tenders were 5% breading or 95% breading, ad they had the audacity to make my friends burger wrong not once but TWICE, the only reason I would ever go back is for the fries that are slightly above average. Overall service and workers suck, food is bad, and atmosphere is loud with terrible music.

We've visited Ted's for the third consecutive time, finding it only a third occupied, yet we were informed by the hostess of a ten-minute wait or the option to sit at the bar. It's apparent that two-thirds of the restaurant aren't reserved. There seems to be a misunderstanding in managing walk-ins and reservations effectively. Food is normally good. But this time it was under standard. Berger was missing a topping. Salad was missing an ingredient and the salmon on the salad was pretty small. Drink was missing an ingredient as well. Wasn't busy, but took 1 hour before we got our food. This won't stop me from going again, but it will make me think twice. Could just be that it was understaffed.

Got the Bison NY strip, and it was juicy, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Would highly recommend trying out Bison, which is similar to steak but slightly leaner. Service was great, fast, and friendly. Suggest making reservations instead of just walking in unless you dont mind a bar seat. Give it a try.Kid-friendliness: Brought the kids, and they do have a kids menu.

Their food is good. This most recent visit was very disappointing, every time we needed something or waitress was nowhere is to be found then when we'd ask for something she'd forget to bring it back to us. She closed out our check before asking us if we wanted anything else to drink or dessert. I think for the price of the food they could do a lot better on servers

We came in an hour before closing, and staff seemed very annoyed to have to serve us. Not at all welcoming or even pleasant. The bison burger and ribeye were very good, but the fries were old, and the onion rings werent separated as they were fried, so the breading was all stuck together and not thoroughly cooked. We had a meatloaf and fillet both were excellent. The fillet was so tender, even at medium well! Prices were affordable, and the service was great. Besides our waiter, someone else even stopped to ask and well us and thank us for dining with them we will returning!

Service was reeeaallyyy Sllloooowwww and the food was over cooked, bun was stale and rings were cold but I did get the beer I ordered after the check so that was a nice suprise
