Ate here tonight for my birthday. Big disappointment. While the food was decent, the service was incredibly slow! Three hours and the room was ungodly hot and stuffy. Could not recommend when there are so many more Madison restaurants that care about their guests. Oh, not even a well wish from staff regarding our bday celebration.
The seaweed slaw (jicama • carrot • wakame• nori • sesame • lime) was fantastic and substantial! Fresh flavors, right balance of textures. Dee-lish. Fresh! Our oysters, and shrimp, scallops and fish were very fresh. Could not have been more than a day from being caught. This is the really thing as least as close as you can get to the west or east coast.
