I found the woolong milk tea I ordered to be quite watery. The waitress, wearing sweat shorts, had a poor attitude and seemed to lack basic courtesy. I always strive to be kind to others, but sometimes that kindness is taken for granted, as if it were a weakness. It's frustrating to see younger individuals who haven’t yet experienced much in life overlook the value of kindness, which is truly a powerful quality. I was seriously considering whether to leave her a tip. Why should we reward poor service? This expectation has become a toxic norm that feels unfair.
I ordered a Large Iced Green Tea with Honey, but it tasted like sweetened water. I couldn't detect any hint of tea flavor whatsoever. TenRen has a strong reputation in Hong Kong and Taiwan for its high-quality tea, so I was very disappointed by the lack of tea taste in this drink. I hope the shop owners are aware of this issue and are open to making improvements.
Located just north of the North York Subway Stop, Ten Ren's outpost in North York is a must-visit destination for tea enthusiasts. They offer a wide variety of teas in different temperatures, sizes, combinations, and blends. One of my favorites is the robust Pu-Erh, which I particularly enjoy chilled on a hot summer day.
Good food, terrible service. The server ignored all the customers and stood in the corner the entire night. Everyone had to go to her to order/pay. She only answered “yes” or “no” and “ok” to our questions and requests. The restaurant should know that they are paying this server to read a book during her whole shift.

The food and drinks are always good but the service is so bad. The waitress clearly hates her job and I received one of the worst restaurant service experiences on Oct 29th. If you like Ten Ren, go to another location and skip this one.
I ordered iced mango green tea to go today, the drink was very bad. It was like sugar water.The waitress' service was nice, she did everything she could, but the drink was too bad. I will not go there again.
I wish there were more locations of this restaurant. I really love all of the drinks, especially since I am a tea lover. The food is delicious and I would definitely return.
The mango slush with ice cream at this restaurant is delicious. However, I wasn't a big fan of their bean soup - it was too sweet and seemed more like water than soup.

poor service, made a mistake with my drink order, didn’t apologize and attempted to recharge mefor adding the grass jelly they MISSED. Would not come back ??
This is a great spot for studying or relaxing. The food is decent, and the drinks are enjoyable.
