We traveled with EasyJet who because of the terrible weather in the south of England cancelled all flights from Tenerife south airport on 15/2/20.Now to cancel all flights because of safety issues is understandable but the employees on the easyJet help desk at this location were absolutely terrible very rude offering no assistance or information.After queuing for an hour to speak with somebody we were told tough luck go away.For us just a couple bad enough but there was families with young children treated equally as badly as us.We found out all flights with easyJet were cancelled till at least 6.40am on the 16/2/20 and there was no guarantee we would get on that flight the time was 1pm 15/2...

El lugar está abarrotado de personal de Mitie fumando y jugando en sus teléfonos, el personal de seguridad son matones, especialmente la gran mujer que parece Trunchball, es muy agresiva, en un momento llegó a decirle a mi pareja que recordara que está en mi país, te dejan esperando en los pasillos durante horas mientras el personal de Mitie discute y luego decide salir a fumar, todo el aeropuerto es un desastre, nunca volveré.
No te metas en un auto con CICAR TENERIFE SOUTH. La cola es de más de 1 hora, son la única empresa con colas tan locas que rodean el aeropuerto, no tienen compasión o concesión para una persona discapacitada en agonía en muletas, usted puede permanecer y colarse con todos los demás. No voy a reservar un coche con ellos otra vez, muy decepcionado.

Después de tres horas en la fila de Inter Rent (alquiler de coches) en el aeropuerto de Tenerife Sur, pudimos recoger nuestro coche. Todas las demás filas de alquiler de coches ya se habían despejado para entonces. Aún más notable fue que cuando nos unimos a la fila, solo había cinco clientes delante de nosotros.
