However, I do have a few minor suggestions. I would prefer if the jalapeños were chopped into smaller pieces instead of being in decent-sized rounds. Also, on my most recent visit, the cheese on my nachos wasn't fully melted; there was a small chunk left. Additionally, the shrimp and meats were a little bland on their own, although they were still enjoyable when combined with the other toppings. Overall, the Nachos Locos are a great choice if you enjoy a variety of meats, and I highly recommend adding the cilantro and pico de gallo.
