Here at Terra Bagels off the recommendation of my daughter. It's official I'm a fan. Who doesn't love a good bagel, I ordered the Jalapeño and Cheddar it's just what you'd expect, doesn't disappoint. However the show stopper for me is my love of all things matcha, an they've perfected the thier version of sweet matcha true to its green power. Definitely recommend 10/10. I am biased as having lived back east and enjoying the NY/NJ bagel.But I still eat it.Egg is cooked more like a fluffy baked egg. Not a big fan of that as I prefer more of a fried, albeit greasy, egg.No ketchup (guess that’s not a Midwest thing).Definitely better than any other option in the area!Fluffy, fresh.
