The hotel is geared towards elderly as it is also a home for the aged, something that should have been cleared on their side, also with third party travel agents. It should have been placed also in the decription, so as not to surprise the guests. The reception is also not always open (which is not typical for a ‘hotel’ . But the staff are nice and accommodating.

Very friendly, hard-working staff, as well as clean and very large room. The rooms are geared more towards seniors. I can 't recommend breakfast, it was very carelessly and simply kept. The hotel also had a kind of therapy center that wasn 't specified by the third-party provider. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Great hotel, clean and big apartment, perfect food in the restaurant and nice staff. Parking lot in the hotel building. The hotel is located near the train station and a few minutes' walk from the city center and the lake. If we have the opportunity to come to Locarno again, we will definitely stay here again.

We ate very well, the only thing they forgot to put nuts in the dumplings. Finally they gave us a dessert as an apology. The service was very courteous.
