if I could give zero stars, I would. don't get wrong, eating was edible, but our dinner was completely ruined and stained by the absolute WORST service I've ever met, and I've traveled and eaten to many places all over the world. I was rated all-round by the owner / manager of this facility because I wanted to talk to her about my unsatisfactory experience with her employees (short versions- our names were never called on our table, so we waited twice, we should 've for a table, people beside us, the 20 minutes after getting their food before our bottom manager told me that it was round to suck. they interrupted me several times with very defensive testimonials in an rude ton. we were told by the waiter that he would get us another round drinks on him and then was charged for the same drinks and had to fight to get them off when we didn't want them at all. I am as insulted as every one of these employees handed out this situation. not to mention our 5th anniversary dinner. When I told the manager that it had been ruined by the treatment of us, she told me they didn't ruin it. I am unfounded of their lack of respect I have received and their attempt to treat unsatisfied customers. it felt like the owner/manager liked to scream over me, cut me off and provoke me to fight her instead of having an adult discussion about how her restaurant could improve. Honestly, if they were hoping to have a nice, pleasant dinner for everyone, I would clearly control this place. it is not worth being abused by the employees so blatantly and unapologeically. I will not return to this place. You couldn't pay me to eat here after the treatment.
