TETU Taverne Gaspesienne

Food and drinks were very good, but maybe a bit expensive. I particularly enjoyed the cider-bourbon sauce that came with the ribs. The menu includes many local/regional options, both for food and drinks. In opposition to what I have read in a few previous comments, service was a bit too fast! We ordered drinks to get before eating, but the soups were served almost immediately after we got our drinks and mains were soon to follow. Overall, it was a very nice dining experience and I would recommend this place.

My partner and I had an excellent meal at TETU. We went for an early dinner so it wasn't busy. The restaurant is located on the second floor and has huge windows looking out on the harbour. They have an excellent local beer selection, however the local beers come in bottles and aren't on tap. I had the stout and onion soup for an Appetizer and their autumn salad with crispy duck leg. It was fantastic!! I get the sense their menu changes throughout the year. Would highly recommend this place for a tasty meal!

We had an incredible dinner at TETU! We loved the short ribs on risotto and the funghi pizza was just as amazing. We were fortunate to be able to order takeout on our first night in Gaspe, but be sure to make reservations for both dinner and breakfast. Take advantage of eating al Fresca at the Barque du Canada boardwalk and ask for takeout if they are not fully booked. The servers were fantastic and friendly. Plan ahead and make reservations early as TETU fills up quickly!

Hands down the best food I’ve ever eaten in a very long time. Stayed at the hotel and the front desk recommended this place to eat but we had to reserve ahead of time online. Restaurant had an amazing view of the water and the staff was super kind and gave excellent customer service. Prices are of course a bit steep but that’s the price you pay for a high quality restaurant. Incredible experience.

I used my phone to look at the menu when we went, and unfortunately, the English menu was not updated (which wasn't a big deal). Our group was large, and we ordered both appetizers and main dishes, so we ended up waiting for an hour after ordering. Although this was understandable, it was slightly annoying. The scallops were delicious and fresh, and the risotto was flavorful and creamy.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I only regret not having discovered it sooner, before my last day in Gaspe. The breakfast was delightful and the view added to the experience. Despite my lack of French language skills, the service was still excellent.

We had a breakfast and a dinner here. Both meals were very good, especially dinner. The scallops with risotto was excellent. Menu items are over-priced which appears to be very common in this region. Staff were very friendly.

We stayed for a night at Baker and we ordered for takeout. The online ordering process is very easy. It was a bit hard at pick-up as there were a lot of orders coming in but the stuff managed to keep everything in order.

Very good restaurant. Nachos where very good and the portion perfect. The Prosciutto pizza was very good. The drinks where original in a good way. Would eat there again
