A small place in the region that guarantees you to give you a great taste of the best food and drinks in the area. The interior is very cozy and rustic, with a variety of decorations, statues, carvings, painting and more. What is amazing in this place is the warm welcome that the manager and the staff offer! Very friendly and accommodating about what we also see in first class restaurants. The food is very tasty and homemade, with generous portions and very fresh ingredients (their Salmon Bagel is to die). Their desserts are made from this world, even at home. Very recommended if not A MUST if you are in the region!
It 's cosy, rustic famous. Food coffee is good. There are so few cafés in this part of Gaspésie, it is nice to have this place. So that should be a 5-star verdict. But... You don 't feel welcome. Staff is too busy running around to worry about the customer experience. A few more smiles and bonjour would help. And... It 's a sauna inside! The AC units seem to be for decoration only. Hopefully, I 'll be able to change this to 5 stars at my next visit. Bon appétit!
We visited this beautiful when on a trip to gas. I ordered hot chocolate and their signature chocolate mouse and they were great. I loved the view from the corner of a café. Apart from that, the woman who helped us was so polite, friendly and she ensured that she explained the desert menu in English, as we do not know French. Overall, I would recommend a visit to this beautiful café.
Nice cosy restaurant! The menu is a little expensive but that's because it's a tourist area with a view of the mountains that being if you have a window seat. We wanted hot chocolate but 7.80 after tax and tip for a hot chocolate with a little bit of whipped cream is very expensive. We went to Tim Hortons across the street and paid for two for less than half of the cost.
Great place for a breakfast. The crew is short staffed like many places around the peninsula but I felt a real desire they made sure the customers are satisfied. Food was tasty. The coffees are the gem of this place. And what a view directly above the water. I definitely reccomend.
