Overall it was a very disappointing experience. The hostesses did not where masks properly. The servers were very inattentive. We went without drinks including water for extended periods of time. It was so bad we almost went to get our own water. The gauchos frequently ran out of offerings before getting to our table. The meats were often over cooked.
The hot food bar was out of several items with rice being one. It was never replenished during our meal despite several request. Wait staff was polite but service was slow. First time I’ve ever had burned meat brought to table and carved in a Brasilian style steak house. Very disappointing. Management must be incompetent.
