We dined at Texas Roadhouse in Citrus Heights a few days ago for my daughter’s 11th birthday. We are extremely disappointed with the service. We called ahead of time since we had a party of 7 asked to come out in at 7, waited an additional 45 min to find out our table was given to another party. When we sat down our waitress was great getting us drinks and rolls right away. Appetizers and entrees were rushed and did not taste good. I would say the better items were fried pickles, rolls and steak. The food was not great. My blooming onion was perfectly cooked and so was my steak I asked for medium Rare my Fiancé asked for Medium. The roles were hot fresh and came with plenty of that delicious butter. I do wish the cheese was a bit more melted on my mashed potatoes, and the green beans were a bit overcooked for my liking. Call ahead check-in is a must!Everyone liked their food. Steak, pork chop and hamburger were all great tasing. Food took forever to come out. Too loud to have a conversation.Vegetarian options: Not the place for vegans or vegetarians.Parking: Plenty of parking in large lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and highchairs were available.

I always have a good experience here. It's usually a little busy but you can put your name on the waitlist online and text when you arrive. The Early Dine menu is great if you're able to make it in time. Try the sweet potato with marshmallows, it's so good! Reserva una mesa ahora

We came in with a party of 25, and had an amazing experience. Auli’i went above and beyond, was amazingly organized, and so friendly. Such efficient service, great food, and a wonderful time. Kudos TRH :

From out of town, food arrived incorrectly prepared and cold, server was short and not very helpful. Restrooms were dirty. Would not return.
